About the role
Multi-skilled technicians keep client facilities running day to day as part of the 4SPL technical team deployed at residential communities, commercial, industrial and institutional sites in Chennai.
Key responsibilities
- Preventive maintenance and inspections of electrical panels, distribution, lighting and backup power as per the yearly maintenance planner.
- Routine checks and minor repairs on plumbing, pumps, motors and utility systems.
- Support for HVAC, ventilation and mechanical equipment.
- Attending tickets raised by residents or the helpdesk and reporting completion through the mobile app with photos.
- Following safety procedures and keeping maintenance records up to date.
