Is 4SPL a licensed private security agency?
Yes. 4SPL holds PSARA licence No. 1878/2023 issued by the Controlling Authority, Tamil Nadu Private Security Agency, Office of the Director General of Police, Chennai. It covers all districts of Tamil Nadu and is valid until 19 September 2028.
How are security guards trained?
Personnel are trained for routine duties such as patrols, gate and visitor management and CCTV monitoring, and for emergency situations and incident handling, with refresher training through our ongoing programmes.
How do you manage visitors and deliveries at a residential community?
Through visitor verification, entry authorisation and access control systems at the gate, with records maintained so the association can review movement when needed.
How do I know the guards are actually on duty?
Attendance is captured digitally with geofencing, patrols and incidents are reported from a mobile app, and the monthly report shows deployment against the agreed strength.
